Controls and comfort
Check the control options displayed by the web client. Commands may differ between computers and touchscreens. We do not have a gesture list validated for every device. If a command does not respond, tell the community your device, browser and the action you tried.
Requirements and connection
Use a stable connection and keep memory available. We have not yet published minimum specifications by device, memory or connection speed. Closing other tabs and apps may help on devices with limited resources.
Black screen, loading or slow performance
Reload once, check your connection and close demanding tabs. If you opened the site inside Instagram, WhatsApp or another app, try opening it directly in your browser. If the issue continues, contact the community with your device model and an error description. Never send passwords or verification codes.
Account security
Use webpw.com.br and play.webpw.com.br to access your account. Use account recovery in the player panel if you cannot sign in. Staff do not need your password to help you.
Web Perfect World and Perfect World Mobile
Web Perfect World provides browser access to Perfect World. Perfect World Mobile is a different game: this guide does not require its app. Web access does not require the traditional client, but still transfers data over the internet while loading.

Yes. webperfectworld.com and webpw.com.br open the same project. Signing in, creating an account and recovering access take you to the account panel at webpw.com.br. The game opens at play.webpw.com.br.
Is this an official Perfect World account?
No. Web Perfect World is an independent project with no affiliation to the official Perfect World publisher. Use an account created on Web Perfect World and a unique password.
What if the activation email does not arrive?
Check your spam folder and the email address entered during registration. If activation is required, use Resend activation email. If you cannot sign in, open Account recovery and follow the instructions.
Does playing without installation still use data?
Yes. Your browser downloads game data. Usage depends on the content loaded; no fixed estimate has been published. Use a stable connection and check your mobile data allowance.
